documents covering:-
a) Calculations/Analysis for Mooring Analvsis, Bollard Pull, Other
Barge this interaction works, Barge Stability (Intact /damage) analysis,
scantling.
b) Material Specification, M.T.O. technical evaluation.
c) Design & modify all Company Marine assets to comply with the
industry & ciass requirements.
d) Assists Plant Department when barges/marine units are in drydock
for survev or modifications.

    ii.    Preparation of Contract Variations for additional works and Change Orders including evaluation and subsequent submittal to Client.

    iii.    Preparation of Monthly invoices to Client.

    iv.    Verification of various Subcontractors monthly invoices and preparing their final measured accounts, as per the subcontract agreements.

    v.    Contractual Advice: Intimate familiarity with Contract documents in order to give necessary contractual advices and recommendations to Project Managers/Project Engineers based on the Contract Terms and Conditions.

    vi.    Preparation, submission and negotiation of all contractual claims covering extension of time, delays and disputed extra works etc..

    Interaction with project team, accounts department and other personnel as necessary.

a. Responsible:-
i. to develop and maintain quality plans of designated project works.
ii. to review work procedures for quality content.
iii. to review & update project requisitions & other documents for correct
quality contents.
iv. If required, to conduct compliance audits on suppliers to verify quality
inputs. For works carried out in house, verify client requirements on
quality.
v. to ensure that quality control documents are registered, controlled and
distributed to all relevant personnel.
vi. to ensure that personnel involved in the work have a copy, or access to the
relevant and up-to-date copies of quality plans & other relevant
documents.
vii. to raise NCRs, CARs wherever necessary & ensures that these are
actioned.
viii. to register significant problems raised on site and report findings to the
Head of Quality on regular basis.
ix. to carry out inspection and test requirements in the company in accordance
with the documented quality plans, inspection and test plans and procedures
and to maintain records of the same
x. to monitor the performance of the sub contractor for compliance with the
quality system requirements
xi. to participate and follow Company HSE requirement as far as applicable
to work activities.

Interaction with project / construction teams on quality matters, either directly,
or through Head of Quality if at base.

Interaction with Clien9 Subcontractor, Supplier on all quality matters, either

i. To ensure that all quality plans, procedures, records are carried-out as per

ii. To ensure that NCR's are raised, CAR / PAR are issued & corrective &
preventive actions are taken
